Hei Baji's Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Hei baji (referred to as "we", "us", "Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between hei baji and its users ("you", "User").

The key terms used throughout these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Balance" refers to the real money balance held in your account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional or reward funds that can be withdrawn after meeting specific conditions.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users. In the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with Hei Baji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting is not legally prohibited in the country where you reside.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when completing the registration form.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Members of the same household may open separate accounts, but must notify us if they are accessing the platform from the same device or IP address.

Hei Baji reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Funds may not be deposited or withdrawn until account approval is finalised.

Hei Baji complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. To this end, we verify the identity of all users.

• Clear photo of National ID (NID) or passport
• Driving licence (where applicable)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Payment method verification (bKash/Nagad number confirmation)

KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals. Verification is completed within 48 hours of document submission. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, cryptocurrency.
• Deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
• No additional charges on deposits.
• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name only.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).
• Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.

Hei Baji offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — available immediately after your first deposit.
• Typically, a wagering requirement of 20x to 30x must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The maximum stake placed with bonus funds is generally capped at ৳500 per bet.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns are detected, the bonus will be voided.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Hei Baji:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to an internet or system failure, the stake will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected when odds change.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally considered void and stakes are refunded.
• Hei Baji reserves the right to void any bet where the odds contain an obvious error.
• If match-fixing or any form of fraud is suspected, the relevant bets will be held pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hei Baji and may result in permanent account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Helping minors open an account.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limits: Decide in advance how long you intend to play in a single session.

Hei Baji may suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (18 months) — prior notification will be sent in such cases.

Submit a written request to our support team. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are completed before making the request. You may open a new account after closure — however, your previous history will not be recoverable.

For any complaints or disputes, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint via support chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If you remain unsatisfied, write to us in detail at disputes@heibaji.click. Our senior team will respond within 72 hours.
• Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved, it will be escalated to the independent mediation service of our licensing authority.

When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID, the date and time of the incident, a transaction ID (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue. This helps us resolve matters faster.

Hei baji reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be changed.
• For significant changes, you will be notified at your registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
